AuthentID^™ is Studentnet's product component that delivers modern, convenient authentication techniques beyond a less-secure username and password.

AuthentID provide school branding options and is easily downloaded from Apple or Google Play stores. Its increased security mechanisms include variations on multi-factor authentication (MFA) and passwordless authentication, such as:

• SMS-based MFA
• Authenticator-based MFA
• TOTP-based MFA
• Physical authenticators
• Biometric authentication

Granular MFA management includes the option for white-listed networks that revert to Single Factor Authentication, providing localised login simplification.
